Massage Therapy

Paul Guindon, CMT

Paul graduated from Marquette School of Massage in the spring of 2005.

Since that time he has worked in various settings allowing him to critique his style and skills.  These experiences include private homes, local businesses, salons, and a close working relationship with Lake Superior Hospice.

He is currently pursuing a certification in Precision Neuromuscular Therapy.  This is a very precise study of individual muscles and different types of injuries to those muscles.  It is an in depth understanding of how muscles react to each other and stresses of surrounding environment.  The training allows a therapist to isolate an injured muscle, treat it, and stretch it individually.  He has already completed some seminars in this series which include ‘Precisions Muscular Mobilization of the Extremities’ and ‘PNMT of the Head and Neck.’

Or by appointment

Paul is currently an insured member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP). He continues to further his education through various PNMT seminars offered throughout the Midwest.

Each treatment from Paul is tailored specifically to the patient and for the patient.   There are as many different reasons for seeking massage as there are patients.  Therefore each treatment is discussed before hand and adjusted to suit the individual.  By combining a massage treatment with Chiropractic a person is able to maximize their treatment with as little stress to their body as possible.
